* Position Summary: This is a highly visible, strategic HR partner leadership role within Client’s Supply Chain. The Senior HR Manager will provide HR generalist support to the Cedar Rapids plant (1000+ employees, 4 unions), the largest oat milling facility in the world. The Senior HR Manager will also be responsible for the development of a staff of 7 HR professionals.
-Major Responsibilities:
• Frequent interaction with the Client’s Leadership Team to strategically plan the business
• Design and implement a comprehensive employee, labor relations and organizational capability strategy that supports the Cedar Rapids business plan
• Serve as catalyst for culture change by ensuring that department strategies, tactics and practices are aligned with organization's behaviors and values

-Job Description:
